CHARMING PRIVATE ESTATE
“We loved our stay at this beautiful home, which had more than enough room for our family of 15 (3 generations). The property is gorgeous and very private. We had so much to do between the pool, the game room, and the barn. We had gorgeous weather, so most of our days were spent at the pool. The kids found the penthouse attic to be a fun hideaway and loved having their own space to play/sleep. Adults had so many places to gather after kids were in bed. The screened in patio area and great room were favorites. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you might need. We had a small issue with the hot water at one point and the host had someone out to the property to service it right away. It was fixed within a couple hours! Everything went smoothly, from check-in to check-out. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and recommend this charming home.”

OUR SECOND VISIT
“I talked about the facilities in last year’s review, and I’m happy to say there were actually more things to do this year as more games were added in the barn. The maintenance was excellent with new mattresses, and even some areas of the house previously closed became available. I appreciated some of the appointments this year that set this house apart from others. We had come to expect a random mixture of glassware in vacation houses; here, there is a complete set from wine to parfait, to tumblers and juice of sparkling glasses organized in glass door cabinets. We had a special family meal in the elegant dining room, and we were able to set an inviting table with matching settings. I also appreciate active professional management. This year we explored the area a bit more and found a wonderful collection of trails and wildlife at the William Powell Wildlife Sanctuary.”

WONDERFUL HOME FOR FAMILY GATHERING
“Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay at Bellavista Country Estate. There was plenty of room to spread out and spaces to gather together. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, we are a game playing family, and we enjoyed all this home had to offer. The pinball machine was a huge hit, but we also enjoyed ping pong, air hockey, foosball, board games and croquet on the beautiful grounds. The host was always accessible and attentive to detail and all our needs. It was a family getaway in the country that we would recommend to anyone!”

BEAUTIFUL STAY IN THE COUNTRY
“My extended family (grandparents, parents and kids) enjoyed a wonderful holiday weekend at this grand country estate. The house is well equipped; we cooked in the fully stocked kitchen and the kids loved the games in the rec room and the pool. The grounds are well maintained and great for walks. Also, very importantly, the AC worked well in the house (even when it was 90+ degrees outside). The host was great - very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a great time - Bellavista is truly a special property!”

“The Bellavista was a great place to stay. My girlfriend and three college buddies and their wives had a fantastic time. The accommodations were fabulous. The home is lovely, quite and private. The fabulous host was there to show us the property right when we arrived. All of us had our own privacy and the property is a very comfortable place to hang out and relax. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a beautiful and relaxing retreat with lots of privacy and lots to do.”
